Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

We ship worldwide.

Shipping costs  (including VAT)

We do not charge shipping costs.
1. Order processing time

All our orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 working days.

Once the order has been shipped and received by the shipping company, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your package and see the remaining shipping time.

2. Delivery times

Unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective offer,
For deliveries abroad, delivery will take place within 7-20 working days after conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment is agreed, after receipt of your payment).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
3. Change of delivery address / Disclaimer in case of incorrect address

If you wish to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us by email with the new delivery address. You should contact us within 24 hours. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer change the delivery address. 

4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the shipping process has begun, we can no longer cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.

5. Lost Packages
Please ensure your billing and shipping address is correct before proceeding with your order. If we have made a mistake, we take full responsibility for the original order, which was placed free of charge for you.

6. User-defined
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country
